Text Box: LST 325 Headed for Hollywood Jun 1, 2005, 9:10 AM Newswatch has confirmed that LST 325 is going to be a little late for its planned July arrival in Evansville for permanent docking. But city officials are smiling about the reason. LST 325 has been signed to appear in the upcoming Steven Spielberg-Clint Eastwood movie "Flags of Our Fathers", which is based on a book about the famous flag raising on Iwo Jima during World War II. Appearing in a big movie production will boost tourism to Evansville once the LST is docked here. The LST organization also stands to come away with appearance fees that could run in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
