The reunion dates and hotel are set and we look forward to planning events, etc. for the 2004 reunion. We believe we have contracted a good property which includes many amenities that will benefit all that attend.
The hotel has 838 spacious guest rooms and 12 suites and provides all the services and amenities you would expect of a first-class hotel. The hotel also features 18 ADA accessible rooms.
Our group has been provided:

normally $12.00/day
For those wishing to attend the Reunion, attendees need to call the hotel directly (206-246-8600) or (800-222-8733) or write the hotel room reservation department. Please request the group rate for USS Whetstone Association Reunion when making reservations to guarantee you the special rate extended to our group. Reservations must be made by 08/18/04.
To confirm a reservation, all guests will be required to: 1) provide a major credit card at the time of making the reservation to establish a guarantee method of payment or 2) send a deposit equal to one night's room and tax charges to the hotel reservation office within seven (7) days of the making the reservation.,
We have contracted for 75 rooms on each night of the reunion and it is important that we fill these rooms. Based on previous reunions, we believe our attendance will require at least this many rooms. We are counting on each of you to support the Association and attend the reunion. The reunion not only gives us the opportunity to visit old shipmates but to begin and renew friendships with men that have like in common.
